For example, it may cause headaches, stress, eye problems, and even serious diseases like brain tumors and genetic damage. Some people suffer from high blood pressure and damage to red blood cells because of mobile radiation. Moreover, it is risky for pregnant women and children to use mobile phones too much. These problems are happening because people are not careful about how long and how often they use their phones. To solve this, we must use mobile phones in a limited and safe way. Students should set a time for using phones and focus more on study. Parents should guide children on mobile use. Also, the government should run awareness programs about the dangers of mobile misuse. If we become careful and use mobile phones properly, they can be very helpful in our daily life. So, we should use mobile phones wisely to enjoy their benefits and avoid the harms.
