A Letter about the Importance of Physical Exercise

How are you? I hope everything is fine with you. Today I am writing to tell you about the importance of physical exercise in our life.
It is known to everyone that physical exercise is very important to stay fit and healthy. It keeps our body strong and mind fresh. If we do not do any physical activity, we may become weak, lazy, bulky-sulky, and even fall sick easily.
Actually, there are many kinds of physical exercise. Walking, running, swimming, cycling, and playing outdoor games like football and cricket are all good exercises. We should do some form of exercise every day, even for 30 minutes.
Moreover, exercise also helps us to stay away from stress and depression. It improves our mood and gives us energy to study and work better. People who exercise regularly live longer and stay healthier.
You know that nowadays, many people spend more time on mobile phones or watching TV. This is not good for our body. We should play outside, move around, and be active. Exercise also helps us sleep well at night.
