Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, we have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that we the students of your school need to set up an English Language Club in our school. We all know that English is the strongest means of verbal and written communication all over the world and we cannot pass without it for a single day. But our present examination system of English only helps to develop our reading and writing skills. It does not help us to improve our verbal proficiency in English. As a result, we are lagging behind. So, we feel an enormous necessity to have an English Language Club in our school.


We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up an English Language Club in our institute in order to fulfill our long-cherished desire.
