Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I am a student of class IX in your school. I would like to draw your kind attention to the poor condition of our school library. Though it has some books and chairs, they are not enough for all the students. Many books are very old and not useful. So, we need more storybooks, reference books, and subject-related books. The number of chairs and tables is also very limited. As a result, many students cannot sit and read together.

In fact, the library plays an important role in our education. It helps us gain more knowledge and supports our studies. If it is improved with more books, magazines, and better sitting arrangements, students will get more benefits.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly take the necessary steps to increase our library facilities and oblige thereby.
